Are you looking for a safe, fun, and effective way to return to exercise postpartum? Our Barre & Baby classes are here to take care of you so you can care for you little(s)!
This class is designed to bring fitness back to new mamas, while still allowing you to spend time and bond with your baby. Ideal for moms with non-crawling babies ~6 weeks-9 months. Classes are tailored to allow you to either front pack your baby or have them next to you on a mat & blanket.
Each session will include a 45-minute barre class led by studio owner, Stephanie Horton, as well time to chat and connect as a group.
Timing: Fridays at 1:30
Dates: October 27 - November 17th (4 Weeks)
Length: 1 hour (45 min class, 15 min connect time)
Cost: $115
Equipment: barre grippy socks, baby carrier and a blanket
