Michele
Michele began her barre practice in 2017 and immediately fell in love with how challenging, effective, and fun the classes were. The focus on form and alignment along with the sense of community have kept her a dedicated student. Michele has been teaching since 2018 and is thrilled to share her enthusiasm for barre with others as an instructor. Her love for barre motivated her to seek additional forms of mindful movement, and she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022. When not at the studio, Michele works at a large public institution on real estate acquisitions and development. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, good eats, and cuddling with her four cats.
