Studio Sales & Ops Manager

THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and organized Studio Sales & Operations Manager to drive lead conversion, client engagement, and studio operations. If you thrive in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and have a passion for fitness and community, we’d love to hear from you!.
The Studio Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the client journey, ensuring every interaction is positive and seamless. You’ll lead sales efforts by converting prospective clients into loyal members, retaining current members, and overseeing daily studio operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the studio owner to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall client experience and drive studio growth..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES & LEAD MANAGEMENT
Proactively follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, text, and in person to convert leads into memberships.
Optimize the full sales process, from lead generation to membership conversion and retention.
Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring monthly growth goals are met.
Collaborate with owner to develop and implement new strategies to increase member engagement and referrals.
Manage client cancellations with a focus on retention, proactively addressing concerns and offering solutions.
CLIENT RELATIONS & MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience.
Regularly check in with new and existing members (both digitally and in person) to foster relationships and encourage long-term commitment.
Troubleshoot client account issues, including billing, scheduling, and membership adjustments.
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight clients, enhancing their overall experience.
STUDIO OPERATIONS & TEAM SUPPORT
Oversee front desk and childcare staff, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain a highly engaged and motivated team.
Assist in development and training of sales team.
Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communicator with a passion for people and community-building
Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with CRM systems and tech-savvy (or willing to learn)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
